Jake and the Fat Man
So today Keith sends me this email about this dog, his name is ‘Jake’, he’s a 10 month old Weimaraner that is in need of a home. He’s a pure bred that was returned to the breeder after 10 months because the new owner’s kid developed allergies.
I’ve mentioned previously that I really like this breed and wouldn’t mind owning one. They are really smart dogs but….alas here in the ‘Burg, if you have 4 or more dogs, you have to kennel license. That and I just don’t know if he’d get along with the cats or Willie (our miniature dachshund).
Eh I made some flyers sent some emails, hopefully he’ll find a new home. A free pure bred Ghost Dog with bedding, crate, bowls, medical records, etc…..WHAT A DEAL!
Yeah when I rationally think about it…..we really don’t need another 60 lb. dog gouging the heart pine floors, jumping the fence, racking up vet bills, etc. Good luck Jake, I hope you find a great home with a loving family!!
